Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your MEAME purchase, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you are entitled to a refund or exchange as stated below in the Returns policy.

Returns Policy 

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange the unwanted products. Fill out the returns form which was delivered along with your goods. MEAME do not pay for the return postage or delivery cost. When returning the goods, please insure the delivery for the full value of the products, as MEAME are not liable to pay for goods lost in the post. Refunds are made directly to the original payment method and will be processed within 10 working days of receipt and inspection of goods. For European customers in the following countries, the Paypal Refunded Returns service may be beneficial:

Sample Sale

Sample sale goods are either samples, photoshoot samples, trade show samples or press pieces and therefore might differ slightly from the normal stock hence the exceptional low price. We are unable to offer exchanges on sample sale goods. Refunds can only be processed up to 14 days after purchase on orders over the price of £50. 

Unsuitable Items

If the product is unsuitable for any reason, the item must be sent back in the same condition it arrived; unused, unwashed and undamaged. Please return products with their original packaging with all their labels intact. When trying on items please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark the product. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where these instructions have not been followed.


Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product or alternatively for a product of the same value and are not guaranteed.  Your replacement will be sent to you on receipt of the original goods being returned and inspected.

Faulty Goods

If your product was faulty on arrival, please accept our apologies.  We inspect all the goods prior to shipping to ensure the highest of standards, but if for some reason the goods are in some way faulty please return these and state whether you would like a replacement or refund.

If during inspection it becomes apparent that the fault was caused by the goods being used for purposes for which they were not intended we will not be able to process your refund.
